Aromatherapy

A Natural Approach to Healing

Essential oils used in aromatherapy are plants extracts, which have been produced mainly, by steam distillation or expression. They are powerful and each plant has its own specific properties.

Aromatherapy uses essential oils, a practice used for thousands of years to treat a variety of ailments. Their full knowledge to support healing is still little known because not much researches have been made due to the complexity of their chemical components. Some people can have reactions when using them. That can be because there is an allergic reaction or that the quality of the product is not really good. But in general, they are safe when used within reasons.

I use essential oils in every treatment unless you specifically ask me not to. They help relax and enhance the effect of my treatment. Currently I can offer essential oils mix that can be used for health externally like bath, inhalation, creams… Advice can be given on their use on a day to day basis.

I have used essential oils internally for myself with success but I do recommend to use herbal remedies instead if necessary because I do believe it more gentler.

I have successfully made blend to help bruises (small and major) heal really quickly. I can create blend/creams made to your requirements. I can also create blends for children if needed after carefully evaluating if it is necessary. I don’t recommend it on babies especially really young ones but feel free to contact me if you feel you have tried many things to support your child and it did not work out. We can then evaluate the situation.

I insist on the quality of the products which is very important. This is why I use organic and/or sustainable sourced essential oils. While making the blends, I use carrier oil like coconut, sunflower, carrot, olive oil, evening primrose and jojoba which are organic and also for creams, I use Shea butter and Penny price reflex massage cream which are not organic but natural.

I work a lot intuitively.
