- It is not essential, but helpful if you have access to an instant message service such as Yahoo messenger. It can make the service more effective as Ronnee will have questions for you in order to ascertain the situation and it allows you to talk to Ronnee directly and ask any questions you may have. Messenger is not essential and questions can be answered via email should you not have it available.
