Abundance
All of my needs are met for what is right for me now!
I wish the same for all people, even though I see struggles.
In some way, if we are in need it will be provided.
We have all lived through hard times and it is these hard times
that strengthen us, bringing us together as one
to combat the hard times and find a solution for our needs.
As one, come together with love and harmony in your hearts.
Help each other, help your neighbour to sustain his needs.
From one act of kindness an enormous change can be made -
a change from perhaps feeling desperation to hopefulness.
Give hope to others and you will be giving yourself abundance.
Give thanks for the abdunance in your life to meet your needs.

Harmony
Bring harmony into your life, let go of your worries.
Think of all your troubles as resolved, let them go.
Graciously accept peace into your heart, and give thanks,
a state of peaceful tranquility will rule your actions.
Remember what you think and how you act is you and only you.
We are unique as individuals; no two the same; one off.
Be in agreement or accord with your thoughts and actions.
Be and think the harmony and balance that you desire.
Having these components pleasingly combined in your mind,
ask your guides or your God to embrace you with love.
Look at yourself from another persons' point of view - to see.
Are you living in harmony with yourself and others?

Answered Prayer
Your prayers are being heard.
Whatever you have asked for - peace and joy for you or others- the answers are there for you.
Listen to the voice inside. Sometimes the obvious is not used.
Look for oddities, peculiar occurrences. It could be a number, a word, anything.
Look for the signs from the universe. They are there for you, open your eyes. Help will come to you. Notice everything.
If you are offered, take graciously. Be alert, you deserve to receive. Watch a stranger or a friend reaching out. Accept their proposal of assistance. People are used by God and our guides. They are human angels; we are all angels - Earth Angels. Hand in hand, full of love receive the love, given by another. Be filled beyond the limits of boundaries.

Be true to yourself and your beliefs
as humans we require divine assistance
if something in your life is not working
ask for help to release your worries
give them out to the universe, let go
Surrender to yourself and your guides
be full of the virtue of integrity
know you are in a state of completeness
being whole, undivided in your relationships
accept the aspects of yourself, love yourself
Integrity relates to your general character
when you act with integrity and speak truth
the Divine Light will enter your life
your troubles will desolve, expect a miracle

Music
Music can uplift our hearts, our souls
music is a gift of melodies to bring peace
to uplift us from our earth bound concerns
a harmony of notes, quavers, semi quavers
woven together to elevate our thoughts
to the divine pleasure of rhythm and tempo
Music is an auditory form of art found in all cultures
beside the essential elements of human life
every race on earth has some form of music
music is used in so many ways in our lives
celebrations, parties, ceremonies, religion
shopping centres, sports arenas and elevators!
Music comes in various genres, no style the same
from classical, jazz, blues, rock 'n roll,
the list is endless, oh sweet music,
musicians are composers of expressions of sound
whatever our mood there is some piece of music
to soothe our hearts and our souls by the vibrations
Vibration is the essential element of music
our earth is made of molecules, swirling into
vibrational frequencies, our bodies are energy
vibrating at different levels, so we are the music
be the music, raise your vibration to a higher level
to achieve the effect of calming your mind and soul

Self Acceptance
Accept yourself for who you are, right now
if you find that hard, ask yourself why?
are there areas of your self you do not like
narrow these traits down, go deep inside
if you met someone with these characteristics
would you let them in your heart and life
Self acceptance is like self love, without
self love, there can be no other sort of love
change your negative self into a positive self
ask your guides and the angels to help you
radiate feelings of faith and love
be the person you would be proud to meet
You are a child of god and the universe
you are a beautiful creation of love, unique
one off, there is no one else the same as you
you deserve to be happy and at peace inside
once you find acceptance inside your heart
your soul will glow from your self acceptance
Do not put yourself down, put mistakes behind you
no one is perfect, but then everyone is perfect
perfect creatures of divine unconditional love
our hearts beat with this divine love, in tempo
nothing will be out of place, everything wonderful
will happen to you, just accept yourself as you are
and change what is not in harmony with your inner self.

Children
Pay attention to the children, listen and play
How long is it? since you and a child
rolled on the grass and giggled; ran and jumped
shared a fairy tale or laughed at a silly joke
do it now, enjoy the children and their honesty
their wit is priceless and their wisdom the truth
Honor your inner-child, lighten your actions
take a break, take a hike, lick an ice-cream
go to the zoo and talk to the animals through
your childmind, interact have fun and be playful
visit the park, swing on a swing, slide down the slide
be breathless in your excitement, be content
Children will delight in meeting your inner-child
surprise will show in their eyes, that have filled
with the twinkle of fun, their voice will ripple with
a laughter so pure and full of happiness and love
allow your playfulness to emerge, join the children
Go on make a goose of yourself and have fun, enjoy life!

Ah, new beginnings can be very life enriching
A joyous experience, see life from a new perspective
signaling a new beginning, a transformation, change!
Each moment is new - each minute offers a new beginning
Have you lost touch with the spiritual side of yourself?
The first step to inventing a new beginning is honesty
Acknowledge the problems that require solutions
Whether the scars are physical, emotional or spiritual

Sleep is like an altered state of being or consciousness
