The "Jewel in the Heart" was intuitively given to our associate and friend Julie Umpleby from the UK. Julie has kindly shared this diamond light code with us and we offer it here for you too - and it doesn't cost a cent!

The "Jewel in the Heart" is a geometric structure of light designed to open up and give you access to the sacred core of your being, and awakens the heart to the deepest love - your divine love of self.

Symbols, shapes and sacred geometries are becoming more prominent as we re-engage with ancient knowledge and our own deepest wisdom through our process of spiritually evolving. Everything in life is vibration, and it is through vibration that we give birth to all that we create in life. Shapes, numbers, colours, sounds - all are vibrational tools of creation, and the Diamond Light Codes are infused with energetic messages for you, enabling you to re-create from your core. All you have to do is feel, allow the vibration to do the work and be alert to the synchronistic messages of the universe that will guide you into your perfect space.

You can print the image and use it in a number of ways:
- meditate on it
- use it as an energy infuser for water & food (by placing it underneath your glass or plate)
- sleep with it under your pillow & ask for healing at whatever level this needs to happen
- carry a wallet sized print around with you

I find that when I hold it, there is a tremendous amount of energy that moves through my body and hands.
