Scott - Spirit Removal for "VL"

At the end of January, I was contacted by VL who had the following experiences...
"Things were happening to one of my flatmates and I but really intensified when my other flatmate went away on holiday. It was around the 11th December or the 12th December when I had moved my bed into my flatmate's room because I was feeling spooked and I distinctively felt a cold hand/pressure on the small of my back that felt like ice, even though it was such a hot night, later it began to burn in the same spot even though I had rolled over onto my back. My flatmate was also feeling the same sensations but he felt the whole room dip in temperature and felt chilly so much so that he needed a doona. During the night, I felt my arm being pulled slightly - I then pulled my arm back into the same position on the pillow and then it happened again and that's when I panicked and realised that it was really happening and just not my imagination going crazy. I tried to get my flatmate's attention but was so frightened that I couldn't move or speak. I also felt a lot of pins and needles predominantly down my left side and tingling around my neck as well."
Things got worse to the point where VL was paralysed with fear and couldn't be in the house alone. She began to have visions of things such as a guy asking her questions, another guy putting a gun in her face, people being shot etc. as well as physical experiences such as her bed being tilted to the right and feeling like she was floating and on one occasion she felt like one of her legs were being pulled and just before that her flatmate felt a rush of cold air at the same location.
VL also had other experiences such as her door rattling which had never happened before, feeling like someone was rocking her bed, "...a dark energy/shadow that felt masculine then I was pinned down and not able to move or talk and that really scared me. I was quite shaken up and it took a while before I was able to stop shaking. A few days ago, I had to leave something in my flatmate's room and I felt a dark shadow dart as I went to open his door. As I was about to turn to leave, I felt a presence breath on the back of my neck, needless to say, I quickly ran out of the room."
Also, crystals that VL and her flatmate owned changed colour. I'm pleased to say that not all of VL's experiences were negative. She also had strong evidence of her spirit guide/s around helping her through this.
I asked VL to send me photos of her home. When I looked at them originally, I didn't deal with it straight away as I had a range of services in front of me to deal with and was just perusing the photos, deciding which I would start with. I went on to do a couple of other things before coming back to it. I had performed another spirit removal in the meantime and didn't realize that I had the entity that had been harassing VL around me the whole time. Because the energy from the other spirit was so strong due to her intense emotional state, it basically overrode the signs of the spirit that had been in VL's home.
That morning my attitude changed. Where normally I'm bright and bubbly, I became angry, short tempered and a girl who I normally was tolerant of, I was no longer tolerant, even making comments like "I wish I could strangle her" or "can I slash her throat?" They were said jokingly, but I would never speak like that even as a joke, so it shook me up a little to hear these words come out of my own mouth. Soon after, I was having a meeting with Donna (Peaceful Willow manager) over Skype and she commented on how my speech was different to usual. I was also angry and I felt totally drained. My speech was slow and it was difficult to talk. Now that I look back on it, I realize that this spirit was trying to talk through me and take control of my thoughts but was unable to completely succeed.
I realized that a spirit presence was around and felt for him immediately. The following is what happened at the time: Donna says she sees a guy standing near her - a spirit. I see him too. I see a tall guy thinning hair at the front. Light blonde to brown with possibly touches of grey blended in. He's thin and standing still, wearing a grey shirt and beige coloured pants. He's waiting for something I feel. I get the name Scott and John. I ask for which is his and I hear Scott. So I ask who John is and I'm told it's his brother.
I suddenly can't stop yawning which is a side effect I get with spirits sometimes. I also feel very sick and my chest pains.
R: Hi Scott
S: Hello (He's soft spoken, a tad shy in behaviour, but I feel something I don't trust beneath that calm exterior - feels like aggression. He seems a little unsure. I feel like he is waiting for something.)
R: What are you waiting for?
The call disconnected for no apparent reason at this stage and Scott started walking towards Donna. We reconnected the call and Donna told me that she pushed him back. We have reconnected the call and I'm now taking hold of him so that he cannot move closer to Donna. He does not struggle against it. He acts as if he almost expected it, but I can see he's not happy.
R: Scott, what is it that you're waiting for?
S: The bus.
R: What bus?
S: Isn't there supposed to be a bus come by here? (This is interesting because I feel like he knows that a bus does come by, but doesn't want to let on. He also wants me to answer his question. He's curious to know why this bus hasn't come by.)
R: I don't know about any bus, but why did you move towards Donna?
S: The girl? She's looking at me strangely.
R: And what were you going to do about it?
S: I dunno. Get her to stop staring somehow. I didn't think how, just thought I might stop her.
I feel this is a lie. I see this man with his hands around somebody's throat. I don't like this fellow so I will ask the guides to assist in crossing him over quickly. Oh I just saw the bus - it's a prison bus and I feel that there are two men he is waiting for inside that bus. The three of them committed crimes together.
Two male guides have come...no, three. He looks at them and doesn't fight them. He just turns and moves with them. The guides are calm and beautiful and help him feel their calmness so he is content to go with them.
As soon as he goes through the doorway and it closes, my sickness instantly disappears. The pain in my chest has gone. Donna commented on how before the removal, I sounded drained and could hardly talk, but now I sound totally different. She says my voice is higher and faster.
I've had a splitting headache all morning that prevented me from being aware of this fellow. It is now gone. I feel lighter in spirit, but also a weight that I felt on my body is gone and I take a big deep breath. My anger is gone and I feel back to normal.
Follow up: I was unable to contact VL immediately so it was interesting to see her feedback when I did get hold of her as she did not know that I'd performed the removal before I'd contacted her.
"I haven't really noticed any other weird happenings for a while since about the 3rd February. We've had a few changes, a friend has moved in into the spare room and we've placed a few plants around. My sister is staying with us for a week and arrived last night, she stayed in my room and felt a hand gently touch her arm though...she said it felt warm and it was quite gentle. I haven't had anything happen to me since early February, so I think everything seems ok."
I checked the date of the removal and it was indeed the 3rd of February that I removed this fellow so it seems he was the one harassing VL.
