Whispers

Beautiful rose

Whisper to me your destiny - have you found your way home?
Whisper to me your forgiveness at the way things ended on this Earth
Whisper to me the form you now take - animal, man or neither?
Do you see us? Do you hear us?

Do you have friends in your new home?
Whisper to me their names.
Do you have plans? Do you have dreams?
Whisper to me - will we ever meet again?

If we send our whispers across time and space,
do they connect in a special place?
Whisper to me of that place.
Was it everything you'd hoped it would be,
or did you already know who, what, where, why, how, when?
All the questions that can only be answered when each makes their own journey home.

Unless you whisper them to me in my sleep.
I dare not dream. I will be patient.
Thankyou for your whispers, whether I hear them or not.
I know they are sent with love, as mine are sent to you.
