Meditation: Cave of Care

Cave

This is an Ancient Shaman meditation that helps one to deal with fear.

After you have protected yourself with an unbreakable bubble of white light, or your personal preference for protection, enter into meditative state which is to say that you simply relax and clear your mind then see the following in your mind.

In this meditation you will enter into a cave. When you enter this cave, you will seat yourself in the centre of the cave. Note the dimensions and specifics of the cave. Get comfortable with it and get to know it as if you're really there. You will be safe in this cave. No harm will come to you.

Then you will call in your first fear. As the fear enters the cave, you will then be able to confront it as you need to and to deal with it. You would normally remain in the cave until the fear has been dealt with.

I have used this meditation without knowing what the fear was that I was confronting and was suprised to discover what fears I had and it was very effective.

This is a simple but powerful meditation that is immensely helpful. I hope that it helps to bring you joy and freedom from fear.
